Had a bit of a crisis when my refrigerator decided it was done chilling stuff in the middle of a heatwave. Found CommerceFix Appliance Repair after a quick online search. It was a relief. Called them up and they promised to send someone over the same day. And they did!
The technician showed up on time. Knew his stuff. Got right to work, no fuss. Turns out, my old Samsung fridge just needed a bit of TLC. He explained the issue was some funky wiring and got it sorted pretty quick. Honestly, I thought I’d need a new fridge, but nope, all fixed.
I’ve had bad luck with other services where they don’t really explain anything – not here. Felt good to know what was happening and why. Plus, their rates were straight-up fair. Didn’t feel ripped off at all, which is awesome.
